Building A Data Team
Building a team is challenging at the best of times. Trying to build a team of data experts can be fraught with challenges, especially with so many businesses battling over a small (but growing) talent pool. This session and follow-up panel (with two additional guest panellists) will provide you with the know-how to build the right framework for success in your organization, problem-solving solutions to avoid common hiring pitfalls and most importantly, how to hire your first data analyst or data scientist.
